There's a psycho dude in Quincy, IL that restores old german armor, he's currently working on a Hanomog, one of the clown cars, and some form of tracked truck that i didn't recognize. He lives in the ghetto area near 4th street, wears nazi clothes, and the brothers leave him alone cause he's a mean bastard.

Actually, everyone leaves him alone cause he's a mean bastard.

I don't think it'd do very well cutting much more than fairway grass with that little-bitty motor in there...
