That's completely inaccurate.
The fact of the matter is that the copyright notice at the bottom of every single page on that site says that all content remains the property of the person who posted it. That was put in place during the Sheriff debacle to discourage him from posting screenshots of everyone's posts as he pleased, where he pleased.
